Time & Bill Tracking

The moment you purchase some Contract Maintenance you get a PayPal receipt of payment in full.  After each on site service call we email you a tracking breakdown as seen below.  If it is web design support or something else we provided from our office we will break that down over a week or month or 10 hour increments.  Below is an example of some service and support and how the time is tracked.  All of our time is tracked this way for whatever support, training, and coaching you want, for web site design, email problems, hardware or software repairs, or anything else you may need.  This form of tracking will help you understand what has been covered.  Seeing this before you sign up makes it clear what to expect in the billing process.  No surprises, just the facts.

 

Tracking Your Billing Time: Total 10 hours


9-2-06 - 0.5 hrs - Emailed information on web site, looked over themes, agreed on web template choice.

9-3-06 - 0.5 hrs - More emails covering web design, logos, video solutions.

9-4-06 - 0.5 hrs - More emails, looking over the competitions web site, receiving more documents, researching successful hosting option, UNIX or windows hosting. Downloaded FrontPage Theme template.

9-6-06 - 2.0 hrs - Gained access to current hosting site, signed up for web hosting on new hosting site windows per template maker, installed the web site, ran some tests, put up the logo and name.

9-14-06 - 5.0 hrs - Updated pages, Home, About, Program Options, Testimonials, User Agreement, Sigh Up Page, Calendar, Client Yahoo Group, created a Yahoo group, researched calendar options, found Yahoo to give public calendar views and would be easy access and setup.  Setup agreement page, on sign up page thank you form, for printing and faxing back and auto email back on signup.  Removed logo, listing, calculator, community, and tips.  Setup up menu options, email, address, contact page, ran submit testing and went over details.

9-15-06 - 1.5 hrs - Set up email account and emailed instructions for accessing the account.  Updated home page, program page, and about page with new information.  Fixed FrontPage Extension errors on contact and sign up page submissions. Fixed email link at bottom of page, updated calendar link to Yahoo calendar.
